Just read the SDK-DIG. Vol-2 #17 about Wave IRQ handling. Wouldn't it be better to skip the UltraStopVoice() in irq.c and point out to the programmer to put it in his/hers own wave-handler if he/she thinks it's necessary ? I mean,if you change the end location of a voice the first thing you do entering your wave-handler, you should only get ONE wave interrupt... ( or..?). I'll now make up a library with UltraStopVoice() removed. See if it works... If you like ,I'll keep you posted on progress (or none?) !
