Hood Letters

I've been in search of a set of hood letters for my baby and was wondering if the hood letters from 1970 were the same size as hood letters on 1971-72 models?

Also, does anyone have a close up photo of the tail light assembly? I am going to remove mine so I can paint the outer border black (It's supposed to be I think).

If your car were mine Chuck I wouldn't bother with the chrome letters.
I'd put a body coloured R/T callout transfer on the nose and leave it as is, I tend to think the bold chrome letters are at odds with the hood blackout and callouts :wink: looks the bizzo as it is :mrgreen:

Yeah! Rip off that carefully installed '70 blackout and put a '71 R/T callout blackout on there instead. Just to keep your body man happy. :lol:
