They are the seals for the drip rail and bright work mouldings that go between the painted part of the roof and the moulded pieces.
The ones for the windows are the ones in your first link, they're right.
No real trick to gettin them right really Chuck, assemble them dry first to check fit, wipe a little silicone grease on the outer parts of them to help them slot into the mouldings.
In all fairness you can easy tell they're the right way on by looking at the end of the seal and seeing how it lays against the bottom of the front and rear pillar post.
Once you're happy with that then use the adhesive on the wide, flat section on the back.
