70 front on 74

Is there any eho knows what to do and what parts that will fit as bolt on or not when change the front on a 74 to a 70 style front?

There's a lot of work there Anders, fenders are slightly different and so is the hood edge moulding, but plenty of people do it and it's all bolt on stuff :wink:

Anyway what's wrong with the 72 on front? I still think the later Chally Rallye tail treatment is the best of all e bodies too :mrgreen:

Hi, thanx for fast reply. So the 72 front is bolt on wihout any mods? Do you know were to find on set for my car, and what was the other option you mentioned?

72-74 uses the same front end. The only difference is that 73-74 bumpers stick out farther away from the body and used large rubber bumper guards. If you don't like that look, you can remove the bumper guards and push the bumpers up close to the body. It will then look like a 72.

So were can I find a complete 7 front end? And is there anyone who has dome it, who can explain a littlebit more? Is it just about adapting the new front end to the car, or do I have to cut the fenders and hood? y the way, is there any custom front end available?
