Rear bumper fill attachment

Hello,

I am attaching the rear bumper fill on a 1974 Challenger. I did not take it apart (long story) and now I am trying to put it back correctly. The best I can figure from my box of bolts is that it screws in using strange shaped panhead sheetmetal screws from the outside. They appear to be self tapping type. The thing that seems odd is that in this arrangement, the screws come through into the trunk . Could someone describe these screws to me from their 73-74 car? I appreciate the help.

Thanks, I thought that was correct but wanted to check. They were an required add on pieces and not engineered into the original design. I image a few pieces of luggage have been ripped by those screws. I really would like to move the bumpers back to 70-72 positions and eliminate the fillers, but I need to find the correct brackets ect. I really want to drive it soon, so maybe a good project for next winter.
