It's kind of a shame... None of the picture's I've ever shown, looked bad. When I post the new one's, the car will look the same... But, I know what the brand new quarter's look like. :D It's funny about, so, so body work. My car looked so good at first. Even garaged, the bubble's appeared out of nowhere. Only got wet, when washed. Now, I'm ready to take it anywhere. I'll still keep it dry and, in the garage when possible. The parent's restored this car for their great kid... I think their back's were getting sore when, it came to the lower quarter's.

I will post the new pic's, soon!

Could have gotten rid of the side boby molding's. Not a chance with all the fat women slaming out their door's! Besides, I like them!

Looks really good, paint matchs and lines are correct. Good luck with the transmission repair.

Your man has done a nice job there Pat. I have realised myself now just how much work there is in trying to get quarters looking right. He has done a top job. :s017:

"It's about time, I had something worth, working on!" :s004: Another great find! I feel good about this dude, working on my car!I think, I'll have him rebuild my 489, suregrip, next year.

If you read my thread in the tranny section you can see I had the same issue no reverse, you can adjust the band and get a little more life out of it until it is time to r&r the whole unit :D

oh yea that comes from running it in low :s003:

Too late, Drew. It was time anyway. The car has sit a lot without driving and, I think that has taken a toll. Getting it back tomorrow and, it'll be ready to travel to the Mopar Nat's in Woodburn, Or. I almost had the credit card paid off, too. :s006: Spent all my man savings on the Gosh Darn, Quarters!
