The Dodge Challenger Message Board

I need to remove the seatbelt retractors. The Torx bit tool cant fit with the retractor mechanism in the way. Any tips on removal? I need to remove the carpet to weld in sub frame connectors and torque boxes.

Got it. I used a T-45 Torx bit and pulled the belt out all the way,,this gave me the necessary clearance . That got them out.
