Can anyone tell me what these bits are?

Can anyone tell me what these bits are?
They were in one of the many boxs of unmarked parts that I got when I brought the car. They are rubberised with metal inside them.

I will probably have lots of these kinds of questions in the next couple couple of years as I finish of the body work and start re-assembly. This is the 1st Challenger I have worked on and the only one with in a couple of hundred miles that I know of!!
I hope you all don't mind me asking too many stupid questions.

The ones to the left: Placed on the body in front of the quarter glass. They are ment to cover the glass channel opening.

The ones to the right: Similar function as above but placed on the front/upper corners of the doors.

(Someone correct me if I am wrong.)
