Has anyone used quarter panels from Cross Canada before? What are they like? I have been told that their smaller patch panels are not great but their complete panels are fairly good?

Thanks

Danny

Thanks for the reply Botari,

I was about to order the skins as the pictures on Cross Canada's website look to be as good as the full panel. Now a I am not so sure :?:
When you say the skin was junk was it the metel thickness/quality or more the accuracy of the panel such as the lines, curves etc.
I realy only need the skin which is a slightly less than half price of a full panel. I am not sure which way to go now :(

-the body lilnes of the skin are terrible
-tank filler not good and the wheel lips look like from different car
-you will not be happy with the skin if it is smae part i got from them
it was a 220 dollar mistake for me
-they must use different dies to make the parts
-you could get a skin and look at it they will take them back here if u not happy
-i cut mine and started fitting it and then canned it for the full quarter
-full quarter was 500 of so here

It is $400 for the skin here in Australia and $1000 for the full quarter. The bloke that sells them allmost talked me into getting skins as he does restos himself and reckons he uses them.
I think now I might take a trip to his shop (6hr round trip!) and pick the panels up myself. If the skins have not improved since the one you got Botari then I will have to spend the extra and get full quarters.

Thanks for your advice mate
