Aligning the trunk

Postby cv70chall » 15 Mar 2010 14:50

She's finally out of the paint shop and getting her stripes, etc.
Can anyone tell me how I can get the trunk properly aligned? I forget if there are rubber stoppers like you have on the hood back there or not.

Thanks! I'll post more photos once she's finally- F-I-N-A-L-L-Y done...

I think the trunk seal normally stops the lid closing too far. The latch and hinges adjust the height.

If you have a seal under there I am very surprised you can get the trunk lid so low to be honest.

There are 2 rubber bumpers on the lid in the corners. Heres a picture.
