Does anybody know model came with inner trunk exhaust plate
Posted: 14 Jul 2009 2:49I am restoring a ta clone and wanted to know if Factory ta cars came with factory inner trunk exhaust plates ? Or did they just come on rallye exhaust cars?
Single exhaust cars had one plate (passenger side)
Dual exhaust cars had two plates.
The exceptions are the T/A cars, they normally had the passenger side trunk holes filled with seam sealer as shown in the photo below.
That said, a few T/As I have seen do have the passenger side bracket mounted but not used.
