I assume you're talking about the trim arching over the windows and running along the drip rails on the sides of the car.
There are 3 sections to it that span the entire upper arch on each side. Two chrome sections comprising 4 pieces per side, and a rubber piece that goes all the way across above the side glass and quarter glass pieces.
To install them, the first chrome piece to go on will be the one that turns upwards and hides the side of the drip rail. Then the second chrome section with the channel sits on that. Both chrome sections get screwed onto the body with the same screws, so you have to take the time and line up the holes. Then, just pop in the rubber in the lower chrome rail.
I know of 1 screw hole in the rubber to position it correctly, in the front of the body on the pillar the door is mounted to. There might be one more, I can't remember.
Hope this helps, I remember my pile of chrome trim was pretty intimidating to look at!
