I assume you're talking about the trim arching over the windows and running along the drip rails on the sides of the car.
There are 3 sections to it that span the entire upper arch on each side. Two chrome sections comprising 4 pieces per side, and a rubber piece that goes all the way across above the side glass and quarter glass pieces.
To install them, the first chrome piece to go on will be the one that turns upwards and hides the side of the drip rail. Then the second chrome section with the channel sits on that. Both chrome sections get screwed onto the body with the same screws, so you have to take the time and line up the holes. Then, just pop in the rubber in the lower chrome rail.
I know of 1 screw hole in the rubber to position it correctly, in the front of the body on the pillar the door is mounted to. There might be one more, I can't remember.
Hope this helps, I remember my pile of chrome trim was pretty intimidating to look at!

I have to top chrome pieces that cover the top drip rail, but i guess i don't have the second piece that goes below that, also the rubber roof rail seal, doesn't have any clips or anything on them, how do they actually attach to the window rail? love to see some pics if anyone has them or can take them. Wonder where i can get the bottom trim.

The rubber just pushes into a channel on the chrome, and its only held by I think 1 screw at one end. It fits real snug into the channel.
Im sorry, I'd take pictures if I hadnt lost my camera. Im sure someone else has some good pictures of how its set up.

Moparman1972 describes it pretty well.
Start by getting all the bits together and seperating them into left and right sides of the car. This is what i did and once I had just the bits that go on one side it was pretty easy to work out.
Sorry i didn't take photos at the time. i might be able to take some of the finished result tomorrow night?

Are these two seperate pieces i need for each side?

The pieces that you have are the drip rail trim. And you have found a picture of the piece of chrome with the channel for the rubber.
So yes, you need those chrome channels. Look at YearOne, Paddockparts, PG Classics, etc. Hope you find some cheap.

One other thing, does the weatherstripping just sit up in the channel or is it held in by some adheasive or sealant?

Some people glue them in but I didn't because it holds itself in just fine.
