Does the trunk lock go behind or through the rear SE panel. Mine didnt have the lock on when I got it and I havent seen 1 up close in a long time.

Mine is behind the panel. Works well..........

for some reason i ended up with an se panel on my car here is what it looks like

mine was behind the panel i can only assume it was correct

i have an S.E. car and mine is also behind the rear cove panel. also i think all the rear coves where all silver flake finish,unless someone painted yours?

Thanks, it just didnt fit through the panel so I thought I better ask. Yes I have mine the silver argen paint.
