trunk pans

trunk pans are fit now
a little more triming an i hope to weld in tomorro
hey eddie got those xv frame connectors coming too

Questions: Is it a one- or a two piece trunk floor? I guess it is a two piece floor but it is hard to tell from the picĀ“s.
Those cylindrical things that looks like ammo - What do you use them for? :?

I believe you have to take the rear quarters off to fit a one-piece. The factory built the bodies from the floors up I think.

Those are called clecos, they are basically a reusable pop rivet that you can take in and out to hold things together before you weld them. They come in real handy when doing body work like this.

u cant get a one piece in
the 2 piece is half the price also
quarters are good on car so used split pan

Clecos? I have never heard of them before. Maybe it is a good idea to have a couple of them in the toolbox?

They are common in aircraft assembly.
