This is an interesting first posting from me! I am looking for some clips to hold on the oblong stainless trims on the front of my grille. They slide in the stainless and then push in the grille. Have been looking for a wile but todate had no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I am looking for the alluminium trim to run along the leading edge of my hood. Again any help would be appreciated, with locating one. There will probably be a lot more as it is an ongoing project putting the old girl back on the road after being off it for over 20 years but this is all for now. many thanks Mike

I bought a repro hood moulding from Year One came w/clips. I also agree on r/t specialties but he can be tough to get a hold of. Check Year One for the clips as well.

Yeah 72,I heard the same thing. I also heard that he is a one man show and attends the majority of chrysler events. His fasteners are of very high quality though and is heaven sent in a complete kit! please be patient and keep trying, its worth it, unless of course you can get it somewhere else?

Thankyou for the tips guys. I have contacted RT specialities and am waiting on a reply at the moment. I will give him some time seeing as he seems busy. I think these grill clips are going to be an interesting challenge to find. So if you have any more ideas please keep them coming.

I have now spoken to R/T specialities and they are not available yet, they are also supposed to be the same as 71 cuda grille C trim clips. Does anyone out there have a picture of these clips at all? so at least I know what they look like!! I have put a picture on here of the trims, but it is not good enough to check out the clips. Any help would be appreciated.

Has this issue been resolved yet? If not, here is a close-up of the clips.
I have also sent you a PM. It is quite urgent.

Hey, who told you?
Yup, we stayed in bed for three months until she got bored of the HP-parts I had laying under my pillow. Women! I will never start to understand them.
