Loose driver's side door handle.....sounds like the nut holding it in place is now a bit loose. I guess the door skin needs to come off to access it...any other issues or tips?

You must take the door panel off. There is 1 large nut, should be 7/16, that is loose. I added a stainless steel lock washer to both sides of mine. You might as well tighten up the 2 bolts that hold in your lock as well.

The only thing I can think of is that the bump stops use to get worn. I don´t think that is the problem in your case though.

Try using a non-stock (horrors!) 1/4-20 Nylock nut on it. That won't vibrate loose.
