The Dodge Challenger Message Board

OK, I've got the passenger side rally mirror on my car, and the glass is loose and won't stay where I put it. How do I tighten it so it'll stay put? I've already removed the mirror from the door (the easy part), but I can't get a phillips-head screwdriver to line up with the screws that hold the glass assembly into the housing to remove it. Is there a special tool or technique?

the only way to get to it is to pop out the glass. there should be a hole in the back to pop it out. i did it not too long ago but the only down side is that the adhesive didn't want to stick again.
