Bumper brackets

does anyone know if 1970 cuda brackets are the same as 1970 challenger brackets?

All I can say, is that on the Cuda there is a brace between the front bumper brackets. The Challenger has no brace as you probably know. (more holes on the Cuda brackets due to the brace)

The brackets look very similar when I compare the look on two different drawings, but that information will not make you any happy, I guess.

I've replaced my 73 (long) bumper brackets with 70 (short) bumper brackets - Almost mandatory to correct the ‘ill’ appearance of 72-74's. This brought my bumpers in perfectly. I searched long and hard, and was about ready to purchase a set of 70 Cuda's. Found out THEY ARE TOO SHORT. Easy mistake to make, so try not to make it. NOS part numbers are as follows for 1970 bumper brackets; 2962331 46229 and 2962330 46229.
