What is the correct color for a 70 style go-wing spoiler? Is it the Organasol black that Year One offers?

I would play safe and just use a normal semi-gloss black. If you ever find it is different you can easily paint over that. I don't think you will though. The Organasol paint is tricky to apply and I am not sure that it is correct anyway.
