Me, Drew, The other Pat, Eddie and Redraven all went around lots of the places in the film a few years ago. Roland on here went with Drew just recently.

Some of us plan to go again next year. But it is questionable if me or Wayne (Redraven) can make it. Just got to suck it and see if the money needed turns up because I for one am not managing to save at all with the current economic situation and flights from the UK cost more than the pennies I have in my jeans pocket that's for sure.

Yea spring is a gamble with weather , heavy thunderstorsm and hail always loom so we have always done it in the all Sept/Oct. ,may dodge a light snow storm but, it is usually nicer that time of year .

I hope to get a set date here soon , and Dave and Redraven will be here if I have to come all the way over there and get them :!:

I like that interview on Youtube. Mainly because I am hardly in it. :D

But the footage is the best stuff we got. Except for that footage Wayne got of me driving Eddies Challenger. I think Wayne managed to capture the essence of some of the movie's helicopter shots of the car. Even though Wayne was in a Truck.

Thats some pretty exciting stuff Pat, I was at the Pod myself in the late '90's trying to get to help crew for John Spuffards TF funny.
Nothing came of it in the end so I just carried on with my muscle cars and bikes on RWYB days.
Dead easy for me too cos I only live about 30 minutes from the track

Ade it´s sad that you dident make it happen whit John Spuffards then but i can ese you mind by saying you
save a lot of time and hard work becas it is a load of work and hard times to tarvel around Europe and never know when you can be back home and work together some more money to put food on the tabel but i dont regret any of it becas i did get to know some realy nice people like Gary Page Andy Carter Smax Smith Kim Raymond Anita Mäkele and quite a few hard working mekanics and other drivers but now i only relax on the stand and go around some in the pit talking to old friends and have a nice time insted and travel some more to US and i offcorse have more time over for my Challenger
