New Vanishing Point model release

Postby Adrian Worman » 11 Aug 2013 17:43

Greenlight are about to release a new 1/18th Vanishing Point model.
They are going to release an updated version of the Bullit Mustang too, complete with a scale model of Steve McQueen to go with the car. Be interesting to see if they bother to include a similar idea in the Challenger release and include a scale model of Barry Newman?
Due for release in the US at the end of the year according to my mate in the trade............ let us know if any of you over there see it

Would be cool but I'm not too crazy about Greenlight's Challengers, especially the convertibles. The windshiled is raked back too far IMO. Just makes the car look wrong. Besides I've already got the clean and dirty versions
Here is a little info on this http://www.supercar1.com/catalog/index. ... ts_id=6722

I'd love to see it with a figure included like the upcoming Bullit Mustang.
I can't remember seeing a Greenlight model on the shelves over here yet so I don't know what the quality is like..................are they a bit sub standard then?

They aren't up to Hwy 61. I'd say upper level Sunstar or older RC2/Ertl
