That is a good question
I wasn´t born at that time (in the early sixties) and my home country is far away so there are surely a lot of people who knows more about this than I do. What I do know is that these pic´s have belonged to a man who worked at Chrysler at that time. He worked with advertising in 1961-1963. He is obviously quite old now and his relatives have started to help him getting rid of some stuff, incuding these pic´s. I can only guess why they took these pic´s and my best guess is that they just did it for the fun and/or to get something they could have in the drawer and pick up on a rainy day
I know that different kind of pin-up´s were quite popular in the 50´s and 60´s, right? Maybe they took these photo´s just in case they somehow could get some use for them in the future...?
In other words: I do not know.I am only guessing. Any better suggestions?
