Missed being able to be part of the Challenger message board

Postby Dale1035 » 22 Jun 2011 13:41

I have been a member of the message board for some time but the last couple of years I have not been able to find the time to participate. As of June 1st, I have given up working 10-12 hours a day and chosen the good life by retiring. Now that I will have a little more time to relax, I am hoping to be able to become an active member once again. I do enjoy reading about the challenges of restoring a challenger and learing more from the best Challenger resouces in the world.

Well nice to see you here again Dale. :D

Things are a bit slow on this board. Always have been I guess.

Having sold my own Challenger (and having memory problems) I am not a lot of use around here these days.
I am a bit lost to be honest. Don't know what to do. Lost my Mopar MoJo.

I think this message board needs new blood. People with more enthusiasm than I can muster.

Dave
You have always been a big help for me when I have had questions. Your knowledge goes way beyond most that are on the board. Do you have any plans to replace your Challenger??

Not any more sadly. I read my old posts these days and wonder how the hell I knew all that?

Do you have any plans to replace your Challenger??

Yes. But I don't know what with? I bought a '02 vette just as a "filler" so I at least have a fast car I can just jump in and drive without any worries or regular maintainance. But although it is a nice car to drive, and fairly rare on UK roads, it does not excite me very much.

Dave, Of course a chevy could never replace a mopar, but a Vette is still fast and an eye catcher.
And to all of the board regurars, thanks for the warm welcome back. I hope thah I will be able to be a contributor.
