It was only his telephone service provider asking if he was getting the most out of the service he has asked them to provide. There was no need for that.

the fed com. comm.here has allowed outside venders to use the names of phone carriers ,like quest for instance,and the call saying on behalf of qwest we would like to" improve your service" they got one over on me once and my bill went up 150.00 bucks a month, it took me 3 months to remove it, so now when they call they get a tongue lashing like they deserve , crooks all of em
