Also, I thought AMD was USA made with the same thickness as the original sheet steel? At least that what their ad states. Oh well.

Ok getting the little detail things done ,bit by bit, a preliminary fit of the 2nd AAR hood is much better but still needs work , it has a small hump on both sides, workable but just to make a valuable point alot of this after market parts claim they fit but dont fit EVERYTHING needs some work for proper fitment.

I got some INNER FRAME COATING works well ,but makes a mess so to do it on a complete car would require alot of prep work to tape everything off ,

it is really runny ,I used clear tape on the holes to see the coverage ,and that alone made me confident that I got all of the inner frame covered :D I use 3 cans while the car was upside down and then flipped the car and dumped one more can in every hole I could find :D

None that I can see, we did mine nearly twenty years ago too :!:
Thought it might block drain holes but no, well pleased with it.
Our stuff was a bit like bodyshutz but in an aerosol, painted over dead easy and as you can personally verify, no rust :!:

OK ONE SMALL DETAIL ,this car came with a single exhaust,so a quick run to my mopar buddy and found a correct hanger for the other side, blasted it and welded it on and now it will look more correct with the proper hanger ,I have looked at alot of cars and a large number of them just had bolts running though the floor pan.

After 2 days of prep the underside of the car has a uniform coat of epoxy primer, and is now ready for undercoat then.............the suspension will go on hopefully for the last time

AMD parts seem to fit the best they make there connecting flanges longer leaving room for adjustment.

the Goodmark.......well they miss the mark on some parts.

I also made the mistake of buying a deck lid on e bag for $250.00(AMD deck lid is $450.00) ,on the box all it said was "made in Taiwan" and that part didnt fit at all,the dimensions were way off like it was made for a camaro or something.

the AMD parts seem to be the best sheet metal, all of it needs work to make it fit 8)

A mate of mine imports AMD sheet metal into the UK all the time now, won't even quote for anything else, however he saya that the products are still far from perfect.
