Far too excited

I'm finally putting my 72 back on the road after 3 years of repairs and mods. I don't care what I get for Christmas, it won't be as good as the buzz I'll get when I boil the tarmac for the 1st time. Even my boxer dogs are excited. Wife isn't.
Ta for all the help and advice mates.
Adrian :D :D :D

OK, here's what you do. Tell the wife it is good therapy to get greasy, dirty, and manly, building a classic machine, that's just our nature. A mopar mindset if you will. Beats sitting on the couch watching football or soccer anyways.

When the chally is all done and running (perfectly of coarse) you both cruise the town, she will be the envy of the class. Compliments will roll-in from the lesser, including your domestic car owners. :s004: That's really good marital therapy I'd say.

Nice to see your ride. Good job figuring out the picture thing, it gets easier as you go huh. So it's running a 440 with what other goody's? 4-speed or auto?

From what i remember that back seat action takes some technique. Many contortions to get it right and if you can't quite get it, just fold the seats forward and open a door. :lol2:

Nice car, I like how your rear plate matches the car.

Thanks for the interest and praise, but to be honest the pics make it look a bit nicer than it really is.
There are some odd bits of exterior trim missing but thankfully the shell and panels are rot free. I've recently installed a Painless wiring loom and the black interior has a nicely restored rallye dash.
It runs a 4 speed and 3.23 gearing, and the 72 HP block has been treated to a full rebuild. KB hyper pistons wiv loads of compression, Speed Pro chrome moly rings, Xtreme Energy 507 cam and lifter and chain set, mildly ported and smoothed out 452 heads and a Performer intake and carb. I'm just bolting the exhaust onto the headers this week and then its mot time.
Cos I do all tje work myself I.ve got more chance of screwong the car up than I have of screwing in it
