The 40 Year Reunion for AARs, T/As & their owners.
July 9, 10 & 11, 2010
It is that time again! 2010 marks the 40th Anniversary of the 1970 Trans Am Racing Season and the production of the Challenger T/A and AAR Cuda. In cooperation with Carlisle Productions, we will be having a special event for these cars and their owners.
In 2005 we had the largest gathering of these cars ever so please start making your plans to be there NOW. We had a total count of 59 T/As (plus three clones) & 41 AARs at the 2005 Reunion - for a show count of 103.
Will the AAR owners outnumber the T/A owners this time? Will the T/A owners stay on top? Can we beat the 2005 numbers? I hope so, time will tell!
Even if your car is not finished yet, or is dented, rusted, or does not run we STILL want to see it there. This is a chance for all of us to get together in one place. Drive it, tow it, push it, do whatever it T/Akes to get it there, the more the merrier!
When you register with Carlisle please put “AAR & T/A Reunion” on the line for club affiliation. This helps them know how much space to allot us on the show field & if we get enough folks to pre-register we (I) will not have to pay for use of the registry tent. J
I hope to see you ALL there! Please check back here every so often for any possible updates.
T/Ake care,
Barry Washington
