just ran at hot rod drags weekend after fitting 3.73 gears and manged 12.1 @ 111mph with a reaction time of 0.05  60ft still not the best 1.76 but overall great weekend hopefully with some cooler air next time out may see an improvement again

Nicely done Jim, it's all coming together mate. :s017:

Another two 10ths to go. Can you lose a bit of weight out of the car anywhere, get a bit more stall for a harder launch?

Little bit more tweaking, you'll be there mate.

Good going Jim.

The FBO ECU I fitted to replace the MSD failed. Neil sent me a new one as well as a new coil and ballast in case there was a problem elsewhere. But I fitted the ECU last night and the engine sounds as crisp as it was before I rebuilt it for the first time. I think I might have the old performance back at long last.

All I have to do now is keep it in cotton wool until I can go up against you at the next Mopar Nats.

thanks tim, dave  reckon a bit more fuel needed for top end power already have 3500rpm stall, will have a few tweaks here an there when i,m back from florida and then run again at shakey, halloween bash end of october, as i say my motor always performs better in colder weather, glad you sorted dave strange that ecu box failing :? a lot to be said for the original mopar (fbo) set up, certainly look forward to them runs on the strip, hopefully i,l banging 11,s by then but as we know it aint that easy in heavy street cars
