the cheapest i seen petrol for sale was a couple of days ago, 94c a litre (euro) the best it has being for a long time,bottled water is more expensive.and the weather is good plenty of frost but nottin like the previous pictures,i havent seen proper snow in about 3 years now.

Well boy's, that was last week. Four to seven feet of snow gone, in three day's. Now come's the Pineapple Express. Here's what's going on now. 55F. today. I said earlier that, I hated that freakin' snow. Now the rain is on my S..t list.

This "River", is called "Rock Creek". I have never seen it, so high. The mighty Columbia is, Mightier than ever.

My family will be fine but, I know many people and, close friend's that won't be so lucky.
Not that we're going anywhere but, Super is still $2.00, a gallon.

I think your last weeks weather has decided to go to the South of France for a holiday in the sun.

My wife thinks, I'm Indiana Jones, from Washington. I'm life smart. I have a natural G.P.S., in my head. She go's on and on, about being careful. Some people think, I'm nut's for what I do. Truth is, I'm very aware of my surrounding's. Those big snow and, ice storm call's for me is, like "Game Day". I'm slowing down, a bit. Would like to know the Challenger better, than some of those power outage, situation's. I know those like, the back of my hand. I have good, hand picked people, around me. My crew is very strong! I love doing the Macho stuff, without being that macho. most people, don't know the differance. Like I said,"Just another day at the office. Flood's and, land slide's, are worse than snow storm's. That was great, Dave. Many people here are, transit's from down south. California and, what not. Sorry Jon. They have no clue on to how, to drive in this stuff. They think the area is, just beautiful in the summertime. Move up here. Then bitch about weather, Motorcross racing etc...

I've had many encounter's with, people from down south. Sorry to say. I wish they would, just stay there. If they come up. SUCK IT UP!!!!!!

Those people know who they are. Nobody here, I think.

Everone in my country is clueless about driving in snow, heavy rain or fog. You take your life in your hands going out in bad weather simply because of the idiots out on the road.

About 20% of people either try to drive as normal (i.e. way over the speed limit - no lights on) and another 60% of people over react and crawl along at 10mph and then get stuck.

Just a half inch of snow at around -1C and the news talks about "artic conditions" and the traffic turns into a nightmare with people crashing all over.

People down here don't know how to drive in the little bit we get. Insurance companies must cringe every time it rains.

As for Californians heading your way many are fleeing the socialist republic being formed here. Soon we will be minorities and have to punch 1 on the phone to speak English to someone.

My mother moved to Ashland Oregon 6 years ago and really likes the area. Not as much rain as you but they never complain about the weather. I'd move also except for the weather. I like to be outside and fairly comfortable so guess I'll stay put. We are suppose to be 63F today.

its all about the rubber ,this is the latest from toyo,this truck is awesome on ice, snow ,rain etc,i have total confidence with this vehicle,i got caught with my summer rubbers once in the snow due to a suprise snow storm,and blew a stop sign and made it home to put my winter rubbers on and did the same stop sign and it didnt even kick in the anti lock brakes the vehicle came to a dead stop as if it were dry , i truly preach about the technology with thenew "studless" snow tires, i am amazed how well they perform,here is a pic

Those notches in the lugs probably add to the bite. More surface area to grab hold. I would think a softer compound works better in the snow also.

Oh. and the 63 degrees today turned out to be 54 and windy.

I like those tires Drew. I have used B.F. Goodrich's for a few decades now and cant complain. Although they are noisy on the concrete/asphalt. These are (33X12.5X15's) All-terrains, I used to use the Mud T/A's but I got a real deal on these at 115.00 a piece X 5.(The 5th is my full size spare I keep in the bed)

yes ed i too used to use a mudder for my rubber, but they are noisey,and the dont work as well on the ice as the new soft compounds ,these tires were still soft and the air temp was -10 f,and soft like a pencil eraser,ok not that soft but i could still move the blocks from side to side,this new tire tech rocks

Drew! I have those on my Nisson. Smaller than truck tire's, of course. They work really well! I didn't want stud's, they wear down really fast, and with our weather, you don't know what your going to get. They get an A+, in my book.

i also have them on my toyota solara,yes sir great tires. They get an A+, in my book.

Well I'll have to look into them next time I do some 'rubber' shopping eh Drew!

patrick, maybe your are a little to far north to know the "lingo" that has been imported in to this part of the country, were were refering to the way some folks interpret the english language,with there own adjustment of the way they pronunce the letters like y, and j, its kinda funny

Hey Guy's! It's been clear all week. Mid 50's. This Sunday, it might reach 70*. I don't get it. What's hitting our high pressure is flowing up north. Then coming back down from the Arctic and, hitting the Mid-West with, Arctic Hell. Funny weather, indeed. I think, they will luck out. Not as much moisture. I hope everybody in the Mid-West and, the East Coast, fare's as well as we did. And as well as you all know, Winter has a long way to go.
I hope for the same for you guy's oversea's. Except you, Ian. Your probably getting a great sun tan, this time of year.
