Me in Siam June 07

Postby RedRaven » 01 Nov 2008 12:23

This is a short clip of my trip to Thailand in June 07...I had a good time and got to exchange a bit of culture with the Thais. I was eaten alive by mozzies aswell!!

Wayne you are just being humble. I know better. Dave, I wouldnt want to bump into him in the middle of the night "sleepwalking Buck Naked" with what I thought was a roundhouse to the head with his leg only to find out it was the "middle leg" :s024:

I thought it was funny seeing wayne give those Thai lads those Hurling sticks and balls. :D
I don't know if you have seen this Gaelic form of Hockey Eddie but it is really rough and dangerous and you can run with the ball as long as you bounce it on the stick as he is showing them.

I think I would rather face Wayne in the ring than face him in a Hurling match. I would have more chance of keeping my teeth.

Didn't realise you could hit the ball with your hand as well.

I wish they would show it more on UK TV (has been 20 years since I last saw it) but I think it would have to be after the watershed time of 9pm because if the violence.

Violence, scenes of a sexual nature and swearing (except usually for the C word) are allowed on UK TV after 9pm. Even on chatshows. They don't censor stuff here like they do in some countries.

ahh sounds good to me,the name "watershed",had me wondering, yes we are censored here from those words on the tele!

that game "hurling" is insane, i noticed only some players wear a slim helmet, but pretty much no padding and the crash into each other like a car wreck,
man i think it kinda looks like polo with out the horses, this game looks to have a high injury rate, polo ranks among the top in deaths in a sport ,think anyway
as i prepare to go to an nfl game they havent ever had a death, but alot of guys are mamed for life,
sports is alot of fun its a good change of pace i have had season tix since 1967, it has changed alot but one thing is the fans they are so fun to watch :s024: :s024: :s024: in any sport
