Takes the fun right out of it. Driving School, Anger Management, Terrorist Registration, Counseling, Should I go on. My nephew got caught Roasting his tire's with his Bowtie 72, 454 Chevelle, six year's ago. He's still trying to get his hunting and gun right's back, and get that thing Expunged! He is labled as a Fellon. That Suck's He only Roasted the tire's for one City Block, could have Roasted the whole town of Camas.

Pat, your friend was convicted of a felonious crime? How absurd is that? He can no longer vote? Have a Govt. job? Many 'priviliges I bet. All for doing a burnout? Here in Ind. it's classified as a unsafe start, not a felony only a misdeamenor.

Yes, that is correct. He's my nephew, Mike. You know, my favorite car tech. I have a feeling he was also being smart with the cop. Like I said before, he is working on getting this thing taken care of. He is a very fine young man. The law's got stiffer here in Washington State due to road racing, road rage and all those thing's that are taking so many live's before their time.

What a shame. I hope he gets it straightened out. I dont believe in 'collective punishment', you know, punishing the whole for the actions of a few. I also dont believe these laws are enacted for our welfare, they are enacted to gain revenue for the state officials,(read:politicians), I hope he gets a lawyer.

He will, and, he doe's have a lawyer. Probably, the cheepest money can buy. And I am with you on, " The gain for revenue for the State." Make's me sick! If I was a kid now, they would probably throw me in for life for what I did.

OK. I just invented a rule.

If that is her own hand it can stay.

If it is someone elses hand it is too much.
If there is any doubt about which of the two above then it is too much.

I don't think that is her own hand. Therefore I think it should go.
