The Dodge Challenger Message Board

As you know, I'm a E-body, Challenger or Cuda' Guy. What would you guy's pay for a 1967, Dodge Charger, if you were looking for one? I have found a 383 Auto car in my neck of the wood's. 383 is gone but, the rest of it is there. Non-running 400 in it now.But a good Motor Frame rail's good, nothing visable but, surface stuff. Not sure about this whole thing but, I think, I could pick this car up for $2,300. Hidden light's and the whole Four bucket seat package. What do you guy's think? Patrick

More seriously, I think that in general a 1967 Charger is suprisingly low priced if you compare it with other Mopars. I have seen a very nice looking car with low mileage sell for less than $10K. I don´t remember the options and the engine though. There are not many cars for sale on ebay right now, but I have found one that you can use for comparison (See link below). It looks fairly good in my eyes and will defenitely sell for less than $10K. It is only for you to start counting. How much will you have to spend on your object to get it running? Good luck!

I agree with Chris. It seems there are 2 schools of thought on the Charger. The 66-67 are nice cars with many innovations like the duckbill spoiler, buddy seats blah blah, When they designed the 1968,69 Chargers it was the pinnacle of large car body designs and the most collectible. I remember people would stop in their tracks to look at a 68,69 but wouldn't for a 66. They are large cars Pat.

I've been thinking about this for three day's now. My final conclusion is... I'm with you fella's. I was just thinking about Mopar inflation and what a good deal this would be. You remember about me getting rid of my 73 340 cuda for $2500.00, twelve year's ago, cause a 73 won't ever be worth anything. The same kind of go's with those old Charger's. It's funny, I was all into getting this car until, my wife said go for it. If anybody else is interested in this car, it is in Oregon. Call Larry at 1(503)910-5783.
