I dont feel sorry for anyone associated with that activity. At all!! I warned him a few years ago and he didnt heed my warning, now he must pay the piper! :s003: I was placing the crankshaft in the saddles and as I was lowering it into the main webbing area, I caught my right index finger on a sharp corner, sliced it pretty good. I bled all over the mains. Good assembly lubricant! Sorry to hear about your friend Dave, that stuff,(murder), happens here almost everyday. There are at least 50-100 cases where people have 'gone missing' and no one knows anything, rewards are posted.......We have the largest 'meth' problem in the state. Over 700 labs were discovered here in our county last year alone. There are approx 80 counties in a state. We exceeded the number of the combined total for the whole state here. Thats almost 2 per day the police have discovered! Bad news. I never got into the 'drug' scene even when I was a young man, my parents gave us kids a lot of freedom, I always thought it was ignorant myself. Cars and trucks are much more exciting! I was simply pointing out that I lost my speed money from my part time job. Now I'll have to go looking else where. I am thinking about making food with my mother and then hiring a few young girls to help me deliver it. Sound OK?

Thanks guys, it's just a local commercial, I'll ask for a copy so I can post it on you tube or e-mail it to one of you dudes then you can uplink it. I think it will be pretty cool though, the vintage R/T along side the new 08 both similar in colour and performance

Tell them you want a new SRT 8 Challenger!

I had a friend with a Superbird. A couple years back Chrysler borrowed it to put in the lobby of one of the St Louis assembly plants for several months. In exchange they loaned him a pre-production Durango R/T. After the time was up, they sold it to him for some ridiculously low sum as they didn't really want it back (according to him). I recall it was something like 10k or 13k . It was a beautiful truck, all black and it really moved!

Me too Dave. The new one is nice, very nice but it lacks the 'vintage appeal' of the older machines.

They never offered me anything. I did use their restroom and drank a cup of coffee. Tell you what, I am going to ask for some compensation. Maybe a drive in their 08 Viper!

Hey Dave, Wayne check this out. I recieved a package today in the mail it's from Cheltenham, England Pretty cool and I havent read them yet but looks very interesting especially the 110 mile walk route that they have along Hadrians Wall, a flat rental in that area was 310 u.s. per night stay, this was a fancy lodge however, Daves 'outhouse'(shed) is free! :s024:

Absolutely my friend! I thought it would be interesting to learn as much as I could and having the actual catalog in my hands is kinda neat, I could have researched it all on the net but this way I can ask people for donations and it seems more believable   Plus my ol lady being almost 100% Irish she would just want to tag along and that spoil everything! :frown:(If I had some info on Ireland), I'm not even going to show her this . Thats why it's poised on my hood!
