Best Venue to List Classic Cars?

What's the best venue for listing a classic Mopar for sale? Freinds tell me ebay, but I've heard too many horror stories. Thanks.

Years ago, I used to read Hemmings Motor news. It had a vast array of Vintage cars and specialty vehicles form all makes. I think they are also international. Of course there is always these MoPar sites and it's all free advertising. If you sell it on this site you will be "liable" to supply Dave with a case of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer!! :s019: I however, have NO experience with e-bay other than amusing myself browsing it.

You can get Russians and Nigerians calling themselves John Smith or whatever telling you they want to send you a cheque but it is for too much money and so when it shows on your account can you wire the change back to them.

Of course just because it shows on your account does not mean it has cleared. So you wire them the money and then a week later the bank sends you a letter saying the cheque was not valid.

But don't assume that everyone from overseas is a crook either.

As long as you are not stupid and deal with people exactly the same way as you would when selling a car normally then ebay is fine.
