Rallye Tripometer

Postby Pat Hartley » 19 May 2007 4:41

I have a 73 Rallye option with a rather unusual red tenth digit on my tripometer. I really didn't notice until a bud pointed it out. I started looking around different add's on the net and haven't found any info yet. I have a factory tag on my driver's door saying my speedometer was replaced reading "0" milage back in "73". Doe's that have anything to do with it? Since it's come to my attention, all the trip's I've seen are with black lettering, not red. What do you guy's think? Thank's Pat.

I'll be at a MOPAR show this weekend...... I'll see what I can find out about your red numbers.

I have seen one before, I think that it was a replacement part not a factory install part , it would have only happened in 73 74 . Hope this helps.
