I have been buying Mopar Action at the store for awhile now. I have been looking to subscribe to them but I have a question. Do the issues come in a plastic bag or are just sent out plain. The postal service around here seems to like tearing up magazines, and I dont want my Mopar Action coming that way. So let me know guys. Thanks.

MA still uses a big brown envelope. MM is in a plastic bag.

I'd like to know also...because I sure would subscribe if I knew it would arrive to me safe and sound.
Subscribing would save me $1.78/issue.
BTW...have you picked up the Dec. 2006 issue yet?
That XV Motorsports '70 Challenger is awesome!!!
Not to mention the '70 Hemi Cuda with only 73.4 ORIGINAL MILES ON IT!!!

Quick question. How are the subscriptions mailed? Are they mailed in a
plastic bag or just the plain old magazine. I would like to subscribe
would like to know if the magazine will arrive safely if I do.
Thank you.

Rick Ehrenberg is an ignorant anti-Japanese racist who like to talk a lot of smack in his mag, but won't back it up in person. Being a Japanese-American and avid Mopar fanatic since I got my license in '84, I used to purchase Mopar Action...until I started reading his f'd up comments. I wrote him an email expressing my displeasure. I also invited him to talk about it in person at the Mopar Fall Fling show in Van Nuys, CA. I advised him to be ready for a physical confrontation. He did the girly thing and notified his local authorities who notified my local authorities.
Born and raised in Gardena, CA for 38 years. I believe in honor, respect and integrity. If you don't treasure those traditional values, you ain't nothin'.
Now, I only buy Mopar Muscle.

I think most people take what he says as "humor".
I don't remember seeing him say anything directly racist. But if you say so I believe you. A direct example or quote would help.
I know he pokes fun at people of all kinds. Take the Canadians for example. He even makes fun of some white american communities in rural areas.
Most people that know anything about cars at all know that the Japanese performance cars are hard to beat and even in stock form will blow the doors off almost anything.
I don't think anything anyone says deserves a physical confrontation. Hitting someone in the nose does not educate them. You need to change your approch if you want to change the world.

Long time, no talk. My login was deleted for no activity...I've been really busy. Unfortunately, it hasn't been because I'm working on my Challenger project. I'm the guy with the FC7 '70 340 Western Sport Special #'s matching "project that I've not yet started on" built in Hamtramck. Anyway, just saying hello. Sorry for hijacking spitfire's thread.

You and over 700 other people.
There were hundreds of people that had not logged on for years. Unfortunately the only tool I have to get rid of them also deletes everyone who has not logged in for two months, except for people that have joined in the last year.
So there will be a lot of people deleted that I would not have wanted to. It will be interesting to see how many come back and what problems I have caused by doing this. Linking people back up with their old posts is a big problem.

I have subscribed to MoPar Action for over 9 years. I have never recieved a magazine that has protective wraping on it. Most of the time the issues have been slightly damaged, with pages torn, wet, dirty! I have contacted Janet Hernandez many times to no avail.
