The joy of replacing a door glass...

Got a new offside door glass from Duncan just before Christmas and went merrily out to put it in thinking it would take me about 10 minutes...more like 2 hours and 10 minutes of fiddling and cussing and dropping bolts into inaccessible places and other aggro.
Like with all these things it's a hell of a lot easier when you've done it once, I had to remove the nearside glass as well to fit 2 new locators onto the vertical guide runner and the whole thing was done in about 20 minutes with no drama...anyone else ever done this job and found it equally awkward ?

Getting it out was bad enough. I have no idea how it goes back in and can't remember how I even took it out now. :(
