Please list suggestions for his next project. But keep it clean and do your best to watch your language!

I have to say I would not be able to keep my hands to myself if I ever came face to face with this turkey.

My "Creative Process" would involve martial performance art. Generally performed to the call of "you spilled my pint"... :wink2:

What a complete *$$$****" Idiot. I wouldn't mind being ' creative ' with him somewhere nice and quiet
As for his next project , how about ' Hospital Room Ceiling - approx 3 to 6 months ' followed by ' The art of learning to walk properly with toes missing '

They did every car up the street - I just hope they have a sad life.

I remembered reading somewhere anonymous text why someone want's to damages cars. After little googling I managed to find it.

There's webpage where people confess bad things they've done. Some - like this one - have enabled option to leave comments. However, leaving comment to idiot like this would probably just encourage him. http://tunnustuksien.luola.net/gfb.php?id=11492

Here's original text in Finnish.
Olen vahingoittanut useita satoja, laskujeni mukaan jopa tuhansia autoja yli 30 vuoden aikana Euroopan alueella (mm. Saksa, Ranska, Espanja,Italia), yli 90% kuitenkin Suomessa.

Naarmutellut maalipintaa avaimilla, potkinut peltejä, irrotellut peilejä ja antenneja, spray-maalannut, vetänyt uretaania pakoputkeen (myös lunta, perunoita ja banaaneja), pipetillä vettä lukkoihin, repinyt kaapelin irti tolpasta kovilla pakkasilla, hajottanut ikkunoita kivillä, heittänyt autojen päälle koiranpaskaa jota on helppo noukkia maasta esim. sanomalehden palasilla yms. Useita kymmeniä muitakin tapoja tulee helposti mieleen.

I translated it to English, apologies if there's mistakes, but some words he used were quite hard to translate to another language. Couple words he used doesn't even make much sense in Finnish.
I have damaged several hundreds, according to my calculations even thousands of cars during over 30 years around europe (Germany, French, Spain, Italy, etc), however over 90% in Finland.

I have scratched paint with keys, dented sides by kicking, stolen mirrors and antennas, spray-painted, filled exhaust pipes with polyurethane (also with snow, potatoes and bananas), put water to locks with pipette, teared heater cable from pole during very cold weather, broken windows with stones, thrown dog shit over cars (it's easy to do with newspaper) etc. Dozens of other ways to damage comes to my mind easily.

Only couple dozen times I have caused so big damage that polices would have started investigations - at least in Finland. I've done this on purpose, I don't want to get caught! I've never been even close getting caught, if there's even smallest risk of someone seeing or surveilance cameras I leave. Who could belive something like that from sharply dressed middle-aged gentleman?

Seldom I've targeted my rage to same car again due danger of getting caught, sometimes I've had to go back - for example ex-neighbours cars.

And best part comes here: All this I've done only to BMW-brand "cars". These filthy rich peoples penis-extensions make me so sick that I would be willing to bomb all BMW factories and every BMW owner to sky! I hate all cars, but BMW's should be prohibited by law. Just like their fat, bald and always as dumb looking drivers.

And to all of you who think you could physically hurt me after catching, I'd really like to see that. BMW's Mickey Mouse sized drivers are bunnydrops when they step out of their cars, seldom even dare to do that. Only penalty to me would be small fines for that single case, maximum of few hundred euros.

However I've caused damages worth of tens, perhaps even hundreds of thousand euros and I'll continue this until all BMW's are gone. Then I'll probably just change to different brand. Biggest pleasure I get is how something small I've done can make very expensive car unusable for several weeks.
