Vanishing Point Audioslave video car purchased.

Postby forzav12 » 11 Apr 2005 17:39

Hello all,
Just registered. I recently purchased the VP replica used in the AudioSlave video, "Show Me How to Live" from "Moparman Dan". It is in very nice condition and a very accurate replica. It came with stills from the shoot, production video, the correct Colorado plate, etc. It has a nice running 440. It came with an auto trans with the Pistol grip type selector. I have purchased a 5-speed conversion(with Pistol grip,of course) for it. Last week-end I purchased a complete big block from Indy Cylinder Heads. It's about 600hp on pump gas. They are in the process of being installed now.

Will do. I just received the tech sheet from Indy Cylinder Heads with all of the engine specs. The engine has already been dyno'ed and broken in. It comes complete with a properly jetted Demon carb, plug wires,MSD dist, etc. Just add a set of TTI 2" headers and plug and play!
Too bad the Keisler 5 speed conversion isn't quite that easy.
I'll try and take a few pics of it when i get home from work.
