Anyone who knows more about Carlos Monteverde, Kensington, England – the man who sold the $2 million Hemi Cuda.

According to an article in a Swedish car magazine he has some 30 Hemi and 440 Mopars.

I don't think it is 30 hemi cars (but it could be). He does have a huge collection of all kinds of cars. From all over the world. He also has a lot of American muscle of all makes. However he is a VERY private individual and the cars are not for public eyes.

We do see some of his cars now and again though. The company that sources and imports his Mopars for him sometimes bring one to our EuroNats and often he has them take one or two to the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Power Magazine #1, 2005. There is story about a (swedish) collector and his green R/T 440 Six Pack.

Yes it is true that Carlos Monteverde had one of the best Mopar collections in the world a few years ago. Quite a few Hemi convertibles and other very rare low production Hemi cars. Now most of them have been sold off back to collectors in the USA. I think he still has a couple left though, but not sure what. Like somebody said he is a very private person and the cars are hardly ever bought out of storage.
