This is an original 1970 Dodge & Chrysler high performance poster that was handed out (in very limited quantities) at the Canadian Dodge dealerships in the fall of 1969 to showcase the Dodge & Chrysler performance models. It is called the Dodge Pro Football Spotter. It is 16 1/2” X 11 1/4” made of heavy stock cardboard. One side is Dodge & the other Side is Chrysler. On the Dodge side it shows nice large pictures of the Charger, Challenger & Dart Swinger 340 & the Coronet 500 hardtop & Monaco hardtop & has 2 wheels inside that can be rotated around to show a list of all the players on each of the 9 Canadian Football teams. On the Chrysler side it shows the 300 & the Imperial both in 2 door hardtops & has the 2 wheels that can rotate to show a list of all the players on each of the 16 NFL teams.

From an ad:

Years ago before colour TV & the internet automobile companies promoted their products through eye catching decorative fabric banners displayed in their showrooms. This is a BRAND NEW recreation from a very limited edition for the classic 1970's DODGE CHALLENGER.

The SUPERBLY DETAILED FULL COLOR design is on a heavy weight satin finish fabric with decorative trim on the bottom and a hardwood dowel and complimenting hanging cord at the top for easy hanging. This awesome piece of automobila is 15"w x 20"h & will look fantastic displayed in your home, office or garage.

(I do not know if all of this is true or not.)

Cool ads, especially the Pymouth RoadRunner one. Dig the holes in those Hemi slugs! I bet those Nylon 'buttons' fell out all the time!
