Not sure - looks like an ordinary vinyl roof from the pics, and I didn't inspect it that much at the time!

I have a feeling that was something to do with Jim from Kidderminster's mate
...........and I think the Gator grain roofed car was a 383 R/T bought and then sold by Budge a few years ago, don't remember it lookin that nice either, I'm probably wrong

That's not a gator grain roof. IIRC all gator grain roofs were body color (or very close to)

That's what I thought, the 383 green car that I remember Budge havin had a GG vinyl had a dark green roof.

Yes the car I was thinking of is a 383 R/T. Giving myself a slap for not looking more closely at the picture.
