1970 Sublime Green paint supplier ?

Before I go trying the local paint suppliers tomorrow just wondered if anyone had a mail order paint supplier who has supplied this colour in litre tins? Don't want rattle cans as I have all spray gear. Would rather use a tried & tested supplier before I go local..........

I have the following paint codes from other sources. Anyone know the ICI code though?
Ditzler PPG 2128
Dupont 5181L,A or D (don't know what the L, A and D means?)
Acme Rogers 11054
Martin Senour 1888
Sherwin Williams 3194

Any tips or comments or corrections welcome !
cheers
COLIN

Do you use the MMA site Colin?
If not then register because the Chairman, Ivor Hawkins, is an automotive paint tech adviser, ain't much he doesn't know.
I'll show him this list anyway and see what he says

Yes have been looking at the MMA Forum. Don't think I can post without registering which means joining from what I can see?

If you can wait till the end of the week I'm goin to see Ivor for a cuppa, I'll ask him to cross ref those codes for you
Worth joining the mma just for the tech advice and constant supply of parts, its a proper lifeline for UK based Mopars

Just an update to say that I got the paint mixed up by Avon Autocolours here in Bristol that were recommended to me by a mate with a bodyshop. Mind you I wasn't too impressed with the young lanky wassock who served me - hardly said two words whilst I watched him play around on a computer for about 20mins, wrote something down, disappeared for another 20 mins and plonked a tin on the counter....

Do I need any thinners or activator or whatever with that, I asked..... Oh right you want that as well do you? So off he goes for another 10mins and comes back with another tin. So I then ask "What sort of paint is it?" And I get a blank look...... "Ok, So is it 2 pack, 1 pack, acrylic, cellulose or what?" OH right, its basecoat and lacquer........"Oh FFS, so I need lacquer and thinners then don't I?" Oh right, I'll go and get that then........... Jeez, it was hard work and I was in there over an hour with the tw@t.......... MInd you he probably thought I was a tw@t as well..............

I've found a really good supplier not far from me in Hayes, they really know their stuff and will tell you the right ratios for mixing etc with a bit of gentle prodding! They asked me if I wanted 2K, BC/CC etc, and whether I need the activator etc.
