Just the other day, there was a 1970 police valiant grille for sale. The seller only lived 50 km (30 miles) away from me, so I travelled over to him to see if we could make a deal. Naturally I ended up buying the grille. I don´t regret it. It feels like I have bought an unusual collectible that I either will have hanging on a wall as a decoration or I might put it on a Valiant (a complete car) sometimes in the furture. All of the police cars didn´t have these extra lights. I didn´t know that the police cars looked like this until I had bought this grille. Buying and selling stuff often learn you a lesson, that´s for sure. Do you like the grille?

In the post below, I have found some vintage photos of Valiants using similar kind of extra lights.

I ask myself if it is possible to switch only the reflectors. I guess the future will tell.

By coincidence, I found this pic on the web. The pic is named VW-convertible I wonder why? It looks authentic to me. Note the police Valiant down to the right.
