This is a numbers matching, 2 fender tag, 2 broadcast sheet all original sheet metal California car it whole life. All VIN stampings on engine, transmission, dash, cowl, radiator support and title match. This is a real TX9 (Black Car) with hounds tooth interior (I am the 3 owner). I have the car trace back to the original owner with 2 insurance cards from 73 and 74. I have also spoken with the original owner’s son as the original owner doesn’t speak English. Just a little history on the car, it was purchase from Jim Burney’s Dodge Center in Redwood City on September 19, 1971. The gentleman bought this car for his 23 birthday that was on September 15th, 1971. The build date for this car was June 16th, 1971. I have not found another 340 RT with a later build date then this as well as a higher VIN number so this could be the very last one ever made in 71. Here is what I have for the car that will be going with it. (just not installed) Luggage Rack (needs rechromed) M28 Mouldings (center and both fenders pieces) the center piece is broke in two.
