WANTED - 1970 Big-Block Exhaust Manifolds

Postby fbernard » 20 Jan 2015 12:51

I'm rebuilding my 1970 Challenger Convertible (it does take some time, but it's on the way).
There's a lot of things I found on eBay/Craigslist in the USA, but some parts are still hard to find.

I'm focusing on the engine right now, as I want to rebuild a totally-stock looking 1970 383 Magnum engine.

I'm looking for 1970 big-block exhaust manifolds (casting numbers 2899879 and 2951865).
Not cracked, not welded.

If you have some lying around, or happen to know someone selling these, let me know!

I have an address in Torrance, CA for delivery, so a pair of cheap, NOS manifolds in the LA area would be perfect (what do you mean, I'm too late for Christmas?).

Hi Fabien

I think I may know someone over here in England has those, I'll contact them this week and let you know for sure
Are they the HP ones?

Yep! They're the ones. there are several lookalikes (some only differ by the numbers as far as I know, but I've never compared them side by side).
