Been a while but I am working on this project everyday now and progress should move very quickly.

Holy crap, that's pretty well taken apart! There was that much rust on the roof? :shock:

yea cause like neal young says "rust never sleeps" :s015: ,my challenger and cuda are worse that car is pretty good considering :thumbsup:

Replaced the left front frame rail this weekend. It is back on the rotisserie.

Started removing the left front rail.

Tricky finding all the spot welds. I drill them out with a 3/8" 100 degree drill bit. I've tried several others and this works the best for me. Hardly any prying is needed.

Look at all that rot. This is a cronic problem with e-bodys. I recommend treating the inside of this rail if yours is not already gone.

All cleaned up. Coated the mating surfaces with 3m weld thru coating. And primed and painted hidden surfaces.
