NEED TO KNOW IF ANY ONE OUT THERE CAN TELL ME IF THE STEERING WHEEL ON MY RT/SE IS CORRECT.

Paul Herd says in his restoration book that some Challengers got this wheel with the horn ring.

But this is the very first one I have seen. 8)
