Tell me. I am really interested. Are those 74' style seat belt's? They look good! And, not coming out of the rear interrior quarter panel's. That's a plus. Never did like that with 74'. Don't care to much about, snapping the cross belt and lap belt together with, the earlier model's either. I have mine hooked together with, a zip tie. So they dont come, unlatched.

hey man your seat are awesome but i am more impressed with your plastic repair, i do it for a living and yours looke nice, and once there are painted like you have done there,they look good enough for me, hey have you tried those seats in a corner , much better than the sliders,and" no support" for your back seats the factory came with

My seats were in a corner of my garage for ages. I didn't like them there at all.

Haven't had the chance to test them in the corners yet Drew, we still have to much of winter & snow

But i have surely been there dreaming in the car, they sure are tight... Haven't yet decided how to do with the seat belts, if i will go with black 3" 4 pointers or keep on with these... What do you guys belive in, in matter of driving without cage/ with 4,5,6 points belts? I've heard somewhere that this is not recommended without cage, due to the risc of injuries if the car roll over(??) What do you know about this? And how troublesome is it when you jump in n' out of the car, with the 4 pointers?

If you don't have any way to attach the shoulder belts at the correct height (about shoulder high) I wouldn't run any upper belts, only lap belts.
What sort of locking mechanism are you going to be using, latch or camlock?

You don't think it would be easy to solve with an girder at the shelf, and attach the belts there? I also have seen somebody use the lower back seat belt attachments, but that is not in the shoulder height you are talking about of course... (Is this important?)

Upper belts that are mounted to the floor can compress the spine. In a crash , the shouler belts (improperly mounted) will pull your body down into the seat towardss the floor, thus posibly compressing the spine. properly mounted, they will just hold you tightly in the same position you were in.
I'll look aroud the net for a better explanation.

As to camlock vs latch, that can be a difficult decision. Camlocks are very fast to buckle and unbuckle while latches are stupid simple. Camlocks are not highly thought of in off-road racing as the locking mechanism can get filled with dirt, sand etc and not work properly. This is where the latch style shines.
Also if you plan on any sanctioned racing, check the rulebook as they quite often specify what type(s) of safety gear is required.

You probably got a 404 error also. That's a file not found error. Hopefully they'll put it back up as it's very informative also. I sent an email to their contact and hope to hear back about the missing part 2. If/when I hear anything, i'll post.
